Healthy Holiday Gingerbread Breakfast Bites

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP Organic Gluten Free Oats
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Ground Ginger
1/2 CUP Grass Fed Organic Kefir
2 TBSP Coconut Oil (melted)
2 TBSP Blackstrap Molasses
1 Whole Free-Range Organic Egg

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add in wet ingredients and stir until mixed.

Drop bites into one TBSP size balls on baking sheet.

Bake for 15 min, then allow to cool.

Store for up to a week in an airtight container and enjoy!
