HOLIDAY PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS:
1 TBSP Grass Fed Butter
1 TBSP MCT Oil
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
1.5 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 TSP Vanilla Bean Extract
1/8 TSP Himalayan Salt
1 DROP Peppermint Essential Oil
1 Cup Coconut Milk

DIRECTIONS:

Melt the oils in a sauce pan over low heat.

Stir in cacao powder until thoroughly mixed then add vanilla, Himalayan salt and peppermint oil

Slowly stir in coconut milk (or any other non-dairy milk of your choice) and bring to a low boil

Pour mixture into a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds to ensure chocolate powder is well dissolved and the chocolate milk is “frothy”

Serve and enjoy!
