Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb Ground Organic Turkey
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Himalayan Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine all dried spice ingredients and mix well
  2. Add ground turkey, mixing to thoroughly disperse the dried spices
  3. Lightly coat your hands with coconut oil and form into patties
  4. Fry on a cast-iron skillet or frying pan with coconut oil
  5. Serve and enjoy
