INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb Ground Organic Turkey
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Sage
- 1/2 tsp Onion
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Himalayan Salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine all dried spice ingredients and mix well
- Add ground turkey, mixing to thoroughly disperse the dried spices
- Lightly coat your hands with coconut oil and form into patties
- Fry on a cast-iron skillet or frying pan with coconut oil
- Serve and enjoy
