- 1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1.3 lbs grass-fed ground beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1tsp marjoram or oregano
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a small bowl, combine 2tsp of the ketchup and Worcestershire
In a small skillet, heat olive oil and onion on low heat until translucent, 3-5 minutes, remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onions, almond flour, egg, salt, marjoram and the rest of the ketchup.
Place mixture into a loaf pan and place on a baking sheet and spoon ketchup/worcestershire mix on top.
Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes, remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
