INGREDIENTS:
1 package of gluten free spring roll wrappers
6 tbsp. of Fig Jam
1 (4-oz.) log of Goat Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 deg F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Lay down spring roll wrappers on parchment paper
Spread fig jam over wrappers, leaving 1/2 in of space for sealing
Crumble goat cheese on top of jam
Rub exposed wrapper end with water, and then roll into log
Put in freezer for 30 min
Bake for 23-25 min, serve and enjoy!
