Celery Root Puree

INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)

  • 1 Large Celery Root Bulb
  • 1 Large Lemon, Juiced
  • 1/3 CUP Coconut Cream
  • 2 TBSP Grass Fed Butter
  • Himalayan Salt


  • Peel then chop the celery root into small pieces and place in a pot of water with 1/2 lemon juice.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for 10-15min until tender. Drain.
  • Transfer celery root to food processor, pulse after adding coconut cream, grass fed butter and 1/2 lemon juice.
  • Run on full speed until smooth and creamy. Salt to taste before plating.

Celery root is a perfect substitute for mashed potatoes and can be used as a base for salmon or steaks.
