Omega-3 Anti-inflammatory Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

Dry Ingredients –
1/2 Cup Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Ground Chia / Flax Seeds

1/2 Cup Crushed Walnuts

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut Flakes

3 TBSP Dark Chocolate (chopped)

2 TBSP Raw Cacao Nibs

2 TBSP Sunflower &Sesame Seeds

3/4 TSP Cinnamon
1
/2 TSP Himalayan Salt

1/2 TSP Baking Powder

1/2 TSP Baking Soda

WET INGREDIENTS –
1 TBSP Ground Flax + 2 TBSP Water

1/4 Cup Raw Nut Butter

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1 TSP Vanilla


DIRECTIONS:

Pulse all Dry Ingredients (Almond Flour through Baking Soda) in a food processor.

Blend the Wet Ingredients (flax seeds + water through Vanilla) in a blender.

Pour the mixed wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix well.

Roll into 1” balls then place on lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 15 min or until slightly browned Cool, serve and enjoy!

Store refrigerated.
