Ingredients
- 1 scoop bone broth protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 CUP unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 CUP pumpkin puree (make sure it’s pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into blender and blend together
- Put in freezer for minimum 15 hours.
- Put in Ninja Creami, hit lite ice cream and run it.
- Once its finished, burrow a hole in the middle and fill with almond milk., then re-spin.
- Spin until desired consistency.
