Pumpkin Spice Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop bone broth protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 CUP unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 CUP pumpkin puree (make sure it’s pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend together
  2. Put in freezer for minimum 15 hours.
  3. Put in Ninja Creami, hit lite ice cream and run it.
  4. Once its finished, burrow a hole in the middle and fill with almond milk., then re-spin.
  5. Spin until desired consistency.
