Salmon & Beet Greens

  • 3-4 small or one large salmon filet
  • 2 tsp butter or coconut oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 1 -2 cups of cooked beet greens chopped
  • salt and pepper


Heat 1 tsp butter or oil in pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and coriander over salmon. Place on hot pan and cook about 5 minutes per side.

Heat other tsp of butter or oil in pan on medium heat.  Cook minced garlic for about 1-2 min. Add beet greens and sautee until tender, a couple minutes.

Serve immediately.
