Crunchy and munchy describe this nut mixture. Easy to eat on the go and a fantastic way to diffuse the temptation to eat chips or candy. Nuts are a wonderful source of excellent fats so eat up!
Ingredients
- 5 cups of raw, whole pecans and/or almonds
- 1 organic egg white
- 1 tbsp filtered water
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1 tbsp ground organic cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the nut mixture has browned.
