Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounce arugala
Directions:
In large skillet on medium heat melt 2 tbsp of butter or coconut oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add arugala and stir constantly cooking for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and cook for one more minute. Remove from heat add salt and pepper and serve.
