- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger minced
- 1 pound ground beef or bison
- ½ bunch of kale shredded or chopped finely
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet with coconut oil to medium/high heat. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for another minute. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
