INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)
- 1/2 Large Cauliflower Head
- 1.5 CUPS cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 CUP fresh parsley (minced)
- 1/3 CUP fresh cilantro (minced)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 3/4 CUP celery (chopped)
- 2 TBSP hemp seeds
- 1 Large Lemon (juiced & zested)
- Himalayan Salt
PREPARATION:
- Grate cauliflower using a cheese grater into a medium bowl.
- Add the sliced tomatoes/green onion, minced parsley/cilantro, chopped celery and the hemp seeds, mixing all ingredients together.
- Add lemon juice and salt, mixing until fully coated.
- Top with lemon zest. Serve & enjoy.
