INGREDIENTS:
1 cup filtered water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp organic raw honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in a saucepan, then turn off the heat.
Allow the water to cool down a bit then mix all ingredients together and stir well.
Allow the solution to steep for a couple of minutes.
Strain using a tea-strainer or sieve the apple cider vinegar detox drink into your favorite mug and enjoy!
