INGREDIENTS:
1 LB Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Water
3 TBSP Nut Butter
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
1 CUP Shiitake Mushroom
1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
8 OZ Water Chestnuts (drained)
3 Cloves Garlic
2 TBSP Fresh Ginger, Minced
1/3 CUP Tamari
1/2 CUP Green Onions
1 Head Lettuce (Separated into Leaves)
DIRECTIONS:
Cook turkey in skillet about 5 minutes, stirring until turkey crumbles and is no longer pink.
Add all remaining ingredients except green onions/lettuce to the pan. Increase heat to medium/high, stir to mix well and simmer for an additional 4-5 min.
Add green onions, if desired, and cook and additional 1 minute.
Remove from heat, allow to cool 5-10 min and spoon mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves; roll up and serve!
