Kale Chips

These kale chips are a tasty, addictive, low calorie, melt-in-your-mouth snack that you’re going to love!

  • 1 Bunch of Organic Kale
  • Sea Salt
  • Spectrum Naturals Spray Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pull Kale leaves off stem in one inch pieces. Put on baking sheet, they can semi overlap. Spray evenly with oil, do not saturate but get all leaves. Salt to taste evenly over leaves. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minute or until leaves are crispy. Make sure leaves do not get brown or soggy.
