INGREDIENTS:
8 lamb loin chops with Kosher salt, black pepper and Dried thyme
10 small garlic cloves, halved
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons minced parsley
DIRECTIONS:
- Season lamb with salt, pepper and thyme
- In a very large skillet over medium-high, add lamb chops and garlic
- Add water, lemon juice, and parsley to pan and cook
- Pour garlic and pan sauce over lamb chops and serve.
