This is truly delicious greens drink that is full of fiber and fats – the watercress added increases the mineral content, beyond most greens. This nutrient dense green also adds a little peppery flavor to the mix.
Ingredients:
- 1 C watercress, stems removed
- 1 small avocado
- 3 cups chopped kale, stems removed
- 1 T ground flax
- 1/2 C coconut milk (full-fat & organic)
- 1 small piece of raw tumeric root
- pinch of Himalayan or Sea salt
