This is a great recipe for a quick breakfast, a midday snack or just a pick-me-up whenever it’s needed. Full of protein and good fats and a hint of sweetness that makes it hard to stop once you’ve taken a bite.
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup raw, unsweetened shaved coconut
- 1 stick grass fed butter
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1 cup natural Valencia peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup raw cocoa nibs
Melt the butter and stir in stevia.
Pour butter mix over peanut butter and nuts.
Add the cocoa nibs.
Mix and let set.
