Broccoli Cheddar Mash

INGREDIENTS:
2 Medium Japanese Sweet Potato (cubed)
4 Cups Broccoli or Broccolini (chopped)
2 TBSP Grass Fed Butter
1/2 Cup Grass Fed Cheddar (grated)


DIRECTIONS:
Chop and boil the JSP for 10 min
Add broccoli and continue to boil for 5-10 min, until JSP are tender, and the broccoli has softened.
Drain and transfer into a large mixing bowl
Add the butter and grated cheddar cheese
Mash manually until thoroughly mixed
Devour. (Trust me, its the best phrase for this dish!)
