- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 droppers of liquid stevia
Blend all ingredients together, transfer to ice cream maker until firm and top with cacao nibs and cinnamon. Yes, it’s that easy!
