Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 8 ounces dandelion greens
- 4 anchoy filets (optional)
- 1 clove garlic minced
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat melt 2 tbsp coconut oil. Place chicken in skillet and cook until brown on both sides 5-8 minutes each side. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, add another 2 tbsp of coconut oil and melt. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add dandelion greens and sautee for another minute. Remove from skillet and serve immediately. Top with anchovy filets as desired.
