INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)
- 1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 TBSP Maca Root Powder
- 2 TBSP Whole Flax Seeds
- 2 TBSP Whole Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 TBSP Greens Powder
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 3-4 Ice Cubes, Small Amount Of Water (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Place all the ingredients (except the ice and the water) into a blender
- Blend on a low setting for a few seconds, then slowly increase speed until the entire mixture is thoroughly blended
- Add ice cubes if you wish to thicken the mixture or make a smoothie bowl.
- Add water if you wish to thin the mixture to your desired smoothie consistency.
