INGREDIENTS:
- 20 Ounces Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
- 6 Oz Dried Goji Berries
- 8 Oz Favorite Nut (Almond, Cashew, Pecan, Walnut etc) Chopped
- 1/4 TSP Himalayan Salt
- Pinch Himalayan Salt For Topping
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler (small sauce pan over a larger pot with boiling water)
- Once melted, stir in 1/4 tsp salt, Goji berries and nuts. Stir until mixed well
- Use a spoon to drop onto parchment paper lined baking tray, approximately 2” drops
- Sprinkle Salt on top of each drop
- Place in freezer for 10-15 min then serve or refrigerate until serving.
