Club Sandwich Wrap

  • 1 Cassava Wrap
  • 8 large, organic iceberg lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup Pesto Mayo (or regular)
  • 8 slices crispy, cooked turkey bacon
  • 8 oz sliced roasted turkey or thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 4 slices organic, fresh tomato
  • 1 organic avocado, sliced
  • Organic dill pickles



  1. Layer 2 pieces of lettuce on top of each other and spread Pesto Mayo.
  2. Add 2 pieces of bacon, a quarter of the turkey, 1 tomato slice, and a quarter of avocado.
  3. Pull lettuce around the fillings and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Use a knife to cut the sandwich diagonally.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
