- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
- 1 bunch of collard greens de-stemmed and chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup red onions
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
De-stem collard greens. Place chopped collard greens in a large bowl. Pour olive oil and salt over collard greens and massage. Mix apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ground pepper. Pour apple cider vinegar dressing over collard greens. Top greens with eggs, turkey bacon, celery, and onions.
