INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 cups Avocado Oil Mayo
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Place mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and onion powder into a food processor and pulse on high until creamy.
- Add dill, salt and cracked pepper and pulse 1-2 times simply to distribute the spices.
- Transfer to a small bowl, serve or place in a container and refrigerate for later use. Garnish with more dill or dried parsley if desired.
Note: Simply add more lemon juice/apple cider vinegar to make a ranch dressing for salads.
