Egg Nog smoothie

Delicious anytime of year…. try this and get a kick of protein and collagen.

Great for your bones and joints.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Organic full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 Raw free-range, organic eggs
  • 2 T Collagen powder
  • 2 T MCT oil
  • 1 & 1/2  tsp Organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 t Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Sea salt
  • Monk fruit or xylitol to taste

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients except for the collagen in a high-speed blender and mix

Incorporate the collagen, after a few minutes of blending.
