INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/3 Cup Gluten Free Organic Oats
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP Lakanto Keto Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 TSP Aluminum Free Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Himalayan Salt
- Coconut Oil (For Cooking)
DIRECTIONS:
- Pulse the oats in a food processor until 1 cup of oat flour is formed
- Add the dry ingredients (baking powder and Himalayan salt)
- Add the wet ingredients (almond milk, vanilla extract, keto syrup & 1 egg)
- Mix well until a batter is formed.\
- Heat a cast iron griddle seasoned with coconut oil (or any oiled pan) and cook each side until golden brown
- Serve drizzled with a small amount of Lakanto syrup
- Top with grass fed butter, compote, coconut flakes and/or your favorite chipped nuts.
