SALMON VERACRUZ

INGREDIENTS:


1 lb wild-caught alaskan salmon
2 cups fermented salsa
1 tbsp capers
1/4 cup green or black olives
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt & pepper


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place salmon in baking dish, skin down
  2. Mix rest of ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Pour over salmon and cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
