Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 TBSP fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 free range egg
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine almond flour, sesame seeds, sea salt a dill in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil and egg.
Stir wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined, then roll the dough into a ball and press it between two sheets of parchment paper, flat until it’s about the width of 2-3 sheets of parchment paper.
Remove top piece of parchment paper and transfer the bottom piece with rolled-out dough onto baking sheets.
Cut dough into 2-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden and let crackers cool on baking sheet for 30 minutes, then serve.
