Grainless Herb Crackers

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves – pressed
  • 4 tbsp room temperature butter


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and dried spices.
  3. Press garlic cloves into the mix and add room temperature butter forming a dough ball (butter must be soft to form dough)
  4. Transfer dough onto parchment paper and roll out until its about 1.5 mm thick, making sure it’s evenly distributed to ensure the crackers bake evenly.
  5. Bake 12-15 min or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove and cut into crackers of desired size.
