INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 CUP All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
3 TBSP Ground Flax Seeds
1.5 CUPS Coconut Cream
1/2 TSP Himalayan Salt
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
10-15 Drops Sweet Leaf Stevia Clear
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium bowl combine ground flax seeds with coconut cream and let sit for ~5 min to “thicken”
In a large bowl or Kitchen Aid mixer combine flour, salt, vanilla, stevia and chia/coconut milk mixture until a dough is formed
Roll the dough flat, approximately 1/4” and cut into desired shapes.
Place cookies onto a aluminum free baking sheet lined with chlorine parchment paper
Bake for 20 min, cool then serve.
