These delicious Fat Bombs have just a hint of coffee flavor with the added benefit of the energy-packed herb Maca. According to Dr. Ernst “Fats should be the majority of your diet and compose somewhere around 60 percent of what you eat.” Enjoy anytime during your fasting protocols.
- 1/3 C coconut oil
- 1/4 C coconut butter
- 2T butter
- 2T fine ground coffee powder
- 1/4 C Maca (lepdium meyenii) *
- 1/4 C cocoa powder
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/8 C Monk Fruit sweetener
Melt all the butters and oil together on low heat in a sauce pan
Add all other ingredients and stir well with an electric mixer
Pour the hot mixture into candy molds or mini muffin tins (with liners) and pop in the freezer for 20 minutes
Remove from molds after solidifying and store in Tupperware in the fridge.
