INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1⁄2 cups Nut Flower (Cashew or Almond)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/4 tsp SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
- 1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1⁄4 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 2 tsp Melted Grass-fed Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients and mix by hand or with a Kitchen Aid mixer using the batter blade
- Take batter and form with hands into desired cookie size. Place on baking sheet that has a wet paper towel under a layer of parchment paper (Prevents cookie from sticking)
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
- Remove, cool and serve
