Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup chia mix (see recipe below)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, apple cider vinegar, water and butter. Add in dry ingredients, cassava flour, chi mix, salt and baking soda. Batter should be mixed well but not runny. Form into balls about 2 inches and place on pan. Gently press down the balls until the biscuits are about 1/2 inch think. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown.
