Dr. Zach’s Post Workout Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
  • 2 Scoops Eterna Chocolate or Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 2 Scoops Eterna Daily Collagen
  • 5 pitted dates, soaked
  • 1/2 CUP blueberries
  • 5g creatine monohydrate (optional)
  • 5g L-Glutamine powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine everything and put into blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into Ninja Creami tub and freeze for at least 15 hours.
  3. Turn on Creami and insert tub. Select desired size, turn to Lite Ice Cream setting and spin.
  4. Once spin is completed spoon a hole to the bottom and add more milk to fill hole, then re-spin. 
  5. Enjoy!
