Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

  • 1 Full Head Cauliflower
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Raw Thick Cut Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Lime, Juiced
  • 2 TBSP Cilantro, Chopped


  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 2 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • 2 TSP Paprika
  • 1/2 TSP Oregano
  • 1/2 TSP Onion Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400F, Mix all spices in a glass bowl
  2. Slice Cauliflower into 1-1.5” steaks, starting from the center and working to the ends (which usually crumble)
  3. Lay the slices on a baking tray and brush both sides with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle the spice evenly on both sides, rubbing into the slices if needed
  5. Bake for 20 min, remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  6. Return to oven and bake another 5-7 min
  7. Remove and garnish with lime juice and cilantro
