Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 CUP unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 TSP pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 TSP ground cinnamon
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP unsweetened almond butter or sunflower seed butter (for richness)
- 1/4 CUP brewed Purity Coffee (cooled)
- Ice cubes (if desired)
Instructions:
- Blend: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spice levels as desired.
- Serve: Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top, and enjoy!
