Pumpkin Spiced Latte Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1 CUP unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 TSP pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 TSP ground cinnamon
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened almond butter or sunflower seed butter (for richness)
  • 1/4 CUP brewed Purity Coffee (cooled)
  • Ice cubes (if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spice levels as desired.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top, and enjoy!
