INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)
- 4 OZ grass fed cream cheese
- 2 TBSP Almond Milk Sour Cream (* Kite Hill Brand)
- 1/2 CUP Coconut Cream
- 1/4 CUP Monk Fruit Powder
- 1 TBSP Grass Fed Butter
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1 Carton Raspberries
PREPARATION:
- Mix All Ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon or a hand mixer until
thoroughly blended. - Spoon mixture into small ramekins, a silicone cupcake tray or into a cupcake
tray with liners. - Top with raspberries then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
