Raspberry “NoBake” Cheesecakes

INGREDIENTS: (All Organic)

  • 4 OZ grass fed cream cheese
  • 2 TBSP Almond Milk Sour Cream (* Kite Hill Brand)
  • 1/2 CUP Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 CUP Monk Fruit Powder
  • 1 TBSP Grass Fed Butter
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 TSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 Carton Raspberries


  • Mix All Ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon or a hand mixer until
    thoroughly blended.
  • Spoon mixture into small ramekins, a silicone cupcake tray or into a cupcake
    tray with liners.
  • Top with raspberries then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
