- 6 large carrots
- 3 Tbsp. avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Cut each carrot into “french fry” slices.
In a bowl toss carrot with oil and seasonings.
Spread carrots on an oil greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425° for 18-22 minutes until carrots are browned.
