Ingredients
- 1 lb wild-caught Alaskan salmon
- 2 cups fermented salsa
- 1 tbsp capers
- ¼ cup green or black olives
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt & pepper
Directions
- Place salmon in a baking dish, skin side down
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a medium bowl
- Pour over the salmon and cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
