INGREDIENTS:
2 organic free range eggs
1/2 – 3/4 cup smoked salmon
1-2 tbsps organic cream cheese
Fresh or dried dill
Himalayan sea salt and pepper
1 tbsp organic cold-pressed coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat a stainless steel skillet on the stove
- Add coconut oil and heat until melted
- Add eggs and cook until slightly firm
- Mix in rest of the ingredients and stir.
