- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pound grass-fed sirloin steak
- 4 cups spinach
- 1/ 2 red onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sulfite free balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet to medium to high heat. Add coconut oil. Add steak until it is cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside to cool. In a large bowl add spinach, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mix. Slice steak. Serve salad with sliced steak on top.
