Gooey chocolatey goodness. Bet you thought you’d have to give up brownies forever if you wanted to stay on top of your health.
Of course not! Just do them smarter. Here is a sugar-free and super delicious brownie recipe. You might even like them better than those boxed mixes.
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of grass fed butter
- 2 squares of baker’s unsweetened cocao
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 2 tsp stevia
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together slowly in a double boiler.
Remove from heat and add eggs and vanilla with a whisk, just until combined. Don’t whisk it to make it fluffy.
Add flour, xylitol, stevia. Stir until creamy. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
