Turkey Bacon Avocado Egg Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 CUP spinach (optional for added greens)
  • 1 TBSP olive oil or avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley), red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Turkey Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Cook the Eggs: Add the olive oil or avocado oil to the pan. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble: Slice the avocado and arrange it on a plate. Add the eggs, turkey bacon, and sautéed spinach.
