INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Full Can “Full Fat/Classic” canned coconut milk**
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 TBSP ground Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP MCT Oil
- 4 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 full dropper liquid stevia
- 1/2-1 cup ice
- (Optional: Vanilla / Toffee Flavored) Cacao Nibs
** It’s important that coconut milk be canned and in its original/full fat state. Avoid “light” or coconut milk in a carton.
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour 1 full can of “full fat” coconut milk into a blender and mix well. (Most canned coconut milk will be separated into fat and water – this ensures the milk is thoroughly mixed before adding other ingredients)
- Add avocado – blend until thoroughly mixed
- Add ice, chia seeds, MCT oil, cacao, and stevia – blending until thoroughly mixed
- Pour into a glass and serve garnished with cacao nibs
