Fat Bombs are my favorite way to indulge and have fun with the Cellular Healing Diet.  These are perfect little treats that can satisfy your sweet tooth, but also provide healing through their high-fat content (sometimes as much as 90% fat!)

The Cellular Healing Diet strives for a minimum of 65% healthy fats to be in your diet – and Fat Bombs are the “bomb” when it comes to providing just what you need.

When to Eat Fat Bombs

Fat bombs can be eaten at any point throughout the day.  They are best when served cold and can be eaten as a quick snack while fasting or as a delicious dessert to finish your “feasting” window (see my Intermittent Fasting article for more information on that)

How to Make Fat Bombs

Most fat bombs are simply high fat, moderate protein, low to no carb ingredients blended or mixed well and poured into a parchment-lined pan, dish, candy mold, muffin tin or mini-cupcake liner.  Once mixed, the fat bombs are chilled and hardened in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to slice, pop out or serve.   The oils in the fat bomb will harden holding everything together. Note: They do tend to melt almost immediately, but gobbling them up in time is hardly the issue.

Here are some of my favorite Fat Bomb Recipes (check back, ill constantly be adding to the list as I experiment with other flavors and methods)
