Summer Mint Limeade
Enjoy this refreshing healthy beverage to help beat the heat and increase electrolytes!
The fresh mint will help an empty stomach keep calm, and the salts will increase your mineral intake for the day.
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 lime – cut in slices
- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt sole’
- 2-3 muddled mint leaves
- 20 oz filtered water
- Monk Fruit extract to taste (or your favorite healthy sugar-free sweetener)
Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice to keep your thirst quenched anytime of day. Make a larger batch and share with a friend.
